just what you’d expect a two star hotel to be nothing fancy but all the

Room was very spacious, and even had a cute old fashioned stove as an 'original feature' I assume.
Wi-Fi was excellent.
Table and chairs so you can eat in the room and not be on the bed which was nice. Also we had a sink, fridge, and stove etc in our room. Would've come in handy on a longer stay.
Overall it proved a good option for us, as we have been to London several times before, maybe not the best for a first time visitor.

Well, very friendly, concerned staff. You can see that they really want
to please you. When I called them to say I couldn't arrive on time
and asked for a late check-in I had been told "no problem".

breakfast was simple but enough. They provided a cooked English breakfast (without sausage!) but toasts, some fruits, yogurt and cereal were self-service so it was quite nice. The room was small but tidy and comfortable. And the shared bathroom was clean and not crowded. I didn't wait to take a shower.

You get what you pay for. Though this is a small hotel, it is clean and
located in a very quiet and safe environment. Breakfast is fairly okay.
So far, we did not have any problems regarding theft or any loss of
personal properties while staying at the hotel. I think the guests
themselves should be responsible to take care of their valuables and not
to leave their money or other important things when they go out of the
wherever hotel they are staying. Besides the quiet surroundings, it is a

I have stayed in other hotels next to Elmwood Hotel, and I think that this has been my best choice so far. If the prices will stay just as low are they are right now, I'll defenatly return there

We had a whole apartment in a small space. It was done well though and so did not feel cramped, yet fit everything in that we could have asked for. (Having a full kitchen was impressive.) And all this was for a much better price than many of the other hotels. Room was perfectly clean and the owners/staff were friendly and helpful. Close to many pubs, shopping centre and the metro.. it doesn't get much better. Thanks Aviva Studios!

The room and bathroom were clean. We add wireless for free though it could be slow. The included breakfast was filling and good. I loved the fact that we were placed right at a bus stop (although we
didn't use it) and walking distance from two underground stations
with 3 tube lines and the busses. The hotel is located in central London
so travelling to see the sights was very easy. Restaurants were right
arond the corner from the hotel so we didn't have to travel far to

After booking another hotel and to find out it was somebody's house
we needed a reasonably priced hotel and somewhere near by the central
of london.this was perfect I booked it half hour before arriving and
the hotel was fantastic its right near the tube station ans has a bus
stop outside.the staff were very friendly and the rooms were
lovely.they were very cosey and warm.we had breakfast included with our
stay and expected a cooked breakfast however it was toast/cereal
