I loved the neighborhood and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. It's a great little hotel if you go to London for shopping. Near to Oxford street and other great shopping streets.

After a long day walking around London it was quite hard to get to the top floor by foot because there is no lift. But then again I took it as a little exercise.

Hotel is perfectly located, not luxury but serves the purpose perfectly, is clean and not expensive. Staff very amiable

Worth it's money. Very close to Paddington tube station and just 15 minutes walk from Hyde Park

We liked the breakfast in bed option, as there is no dining room it was the only option :). We stayed at top floor - 7 flights of stairs, which is fine if you have small suitcase.Broom was updated and clean, howeve the water pressure failed often, so I resorted to take a shower on the other floor at the common area, where the shower was rather outdated, but it was worth it since I got some good waterpresure and temperature. Room was small, but that is to be expected in europe prime location. The hotel was in nice park area, about 2 minutes walk to Paddington station - awesome location.

Location was excellent. Family of 5 could stay in one room. Variety of breakfast offered.

Noisy on street level. Sink in family room was VERY small and difficult to brush your teeth. Sheets came off the bed because they were not fitted and too small. Tried to book another night and had difficulties getting an answer in a timely manner.

Thought the accommodation was excellent value for money, friendly staff and great location. Would use again and would recommend. Great room facilities ie fridge,hairdryers etc

Thought the bathroom was on the small size. My husband found it difficult to move in the shower and Not much space for me to help my 5 year old to wash. Only other thing was that we found the cheese triangles an odd option for breakfast! Other than that, spot on.

Nice, calm location, 5 minutes' walk from the Heathrow train. The staff was very friendly and forthcoming. An in-room breakfast package shows a lot of variety and was actually a nice surprise. Although a budget hotel, it does offer a number of amenities, even providing a socket adapter. Overall, excellent value for money in a great location!

The double room was tiny for an extended stay, it's really more of a bed & breakfast. In our room, I could hear and feel the subway running underneath the building - it wasn't really unsettling, but definitely noticeable.

Very clean and family friendly. Quiet and personal,staff were great...a good breakfast delivered to the door, plenty to eat. Had a good fridge and everything was as advertised...don't know what others complained about, it was a good hotel for the price and less than 2 minutes walk from the tube in a pleasant area.

The room was clean with a nice bathroom. The location is great, close to tube.

Breakfast too sweet, not healthy (included yoghurt, marmelade, sweet pastry and biscuits, but just 1 triangle of cheese per person). The room was in the basement with a view into a wall of other building. We heard a tube every 3 - 5 minutes.

we ordered single bed's and at arrival they said that only double-beds are available. The shower was so small, it was barely usable.

It is a typical for London inexpensive hotel. Don't expect much of it. Very little space, cheep furniture etc. Location is excellent, great view from 5th floor (but you have to get there through narrow stairs)

Breakfast is just awful.

Great and helpful staff, attentive to needs. They went the extra mile to accommodate family member needing to check in early due to twisted ankle. Breakfast was simple but more than ample, and delivered to room daily at time requested. Location was perfect next to Paddington Station, quiet and right next to a simple park where we ate a picnic lunch. Any kind of restaurant you might want is within a short walk, as well as a small Tesco for grocery items.

Accommodations were small, especially bathroom (though not smaller than pictured). Room was somewhat dusty. Cab company which the hotel contacted on our behalf for our last-day pickup did not come prepared with the number of seats the hotel had requested (though obviously not the hotel's fault, you may wish to be aware).

Stayed in 5 bedded family room in basement - very cramped - saw the other family room on a higher floor which was much bigger. Heater goes automatically off in wee hours of the morning.

I've read a lot about London hotels It was no suprise for me. It was very tiny room but I liked it. The room was clean, well furniture. That furniture didn't waste space but It helped me to place my belongs. A teapot, iron, electric adapter were needed for me too. There were some trouble with hot water because our room was at the 3d floor. Sometimes hot water wasn't at all. Breakfast were plenty but everything were preserves in packs. And I didn't like always opened reception hall even when nobody from staff wasn't there.

Could not find my booking upon arrival, and I was 'downgraded' to a double room without private bathroom. Room was small and not properly cleaned. Stains on table, old lighter down side of wardrobe etc Breakfast was brought to the room, but we had no plates and only 1 napkin to share. A hotel for those on a budget for sure.

The location was excellent. I loved the breakfast.

The room was way too small for 4 ppl. The room was so small that as soon as we close a bit the window the room would start to boil with the central heating. Yet again, if I go back to London, I would opt to go back to the hotel as it was worthed, however I would definately ask for a bigger room.

Excellent location near centre of London, friendly staff eager to satisfy,free wifi, one of the cheapest hotels I found so close to the centre and close to a very accessible tube station. Staff offered to keep our luggage for the day until we left London in the evening, very convenient.

Sheets in double bed too short for 2 people (though I suppose we could have asked for more), poor bathroom in the room, though there's a +, at least the toilets and bathroom in the corridor were clean, roomy and comfortable

When I arrived no one answered the door so I was stranded for a while. Then came running the guy who was not quite professional in his manners.Then to add to the bad start, I get informed that they had a booking issue and that the first night out of my two I will have to stay at the hotel next door that they arranged before I arrived. The Continental next door didn't even have towels! Worse stay ever only b/c I had a budget and booked last minute.

The Location to Paddington station, just out the door and round the corner. They Keep your luggage for you later than check out if you wish.

Everything else. Far too hot to sleep upstairs on third floor, too hot to sleep in the summer even with windows open and fan on. Bathroom looks like a caravan one. smaller than a caravan one. To put it blunt you can't turn around while on toilet. shower either scolding or cold. Its ok for a 1 night sleep over, but unlivable for any more.

Bedroom tiny, shower had a curtain kept wrapping around you, bed sheets too small all night trying to adjust them back under you, breakfast is a joke, it comes to your room which is too small to sleep never mind eat they don't have a breakfast room, all in packets very poor selections, as soon as I checked out I had to go for breakfast

1st night we arrived room not available and they moved us to a different hotel, but the one they sent us to in cab was incorrect and e then has to walk to 3rd hotel . 2nd night back to Tony's and toilet in room broken , not fixed yet by 3rd day; outlets in room not working with adapters.

The thing we liked the most was the location.

the rooms were really poor, not cleaned. It was impossible to had a shower or to wash your hands and face. The breakfast was terrible. We read on the Internet that you had a continental breakfast every morning, but it was not.
