The outside compared to others in the area can be deceiving but don't let it trick you.
From the moment we walked in we felt walcomed, shown to our room which was upgraded free;) Perfect quiet location, only a short walk to the main streets. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! -

This was the cleanest B&B I have ever stayed in. Pristine condition everywhere. I liked the parking availability. Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was excellent. Lovely place to stay. Ideal for the Promenade/ Theater and shopping. Friendly staff. -

Great location, wonderful owners who are possibly the nicest people you could ever meet! They could not do enough for you to ensure you enjoyed your stay. A very homely traditional B&B, very family friendly. Could not be faulted in anyway, great value for money, and a great breakfast! I will certainly be staying here again! 10/10!
