  Absolutely brilliant! We've stayed in Llandudno many times over the years and due to closure of a B&B where we used to stay, we were looking for somewhere we liked. We knew that we'd found the right place as soon as the door opened and Sue and Geoff greeted us. They were the perfect hosts. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the room was very nice and comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious, especially the kippers! It felt as tho - Closely situtated near to the beachfront, shops, bars and restaurants. We were met by the owner who was a very friendly man. The hotel was lovely and clean and very nicely presented. We were shown to our room which was a lovely double bed.( My husband had booked this for me so I did not have to stay in our house while plumbers were working there).   Lovely people and environment, very comfortable room including bed! Attention to detail, refreshments in room. toiletries, location perfect, choice for breakfast, presentation. The fridge in our room was also an added and welcome surprise which we were able to use.
