Closely situtated near to the beachfront, shops, bars and restaurants. We were met by the owner who was a very friendly man. The hotel was lovely and clean and very nicely presented. We were shown to our room which was a lovely double bed.( My husband had booked this for me so I did not have to stay in our house while plumbers were working there). The hotel is well located on the promenade and close to the shops and Great Orme.
We had a twin room (38) at the rear. It was well appointed and although there was not a great deal of space it was certanly adequate. The furniture was of good quality as was the decor.
The bathroom was not large but modern and clean.
The hotel's public rooms and restaurant were of a good standard.
The breakfast was excellent.
I would certainly reccomend the hotel and would happily stay there again.

The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were well equipped with Molton Brown toiletries which is always a bonus. Nice corner bath too.
A few of us dined in the restaurant Sunday. Food very good as was the extensive wine list. The staff and owner were very friendly so will definitely return again.

A very warm welcome and a beautiful single room at the top of the building with stunning views of the sea and bay between the Great Orme and Little Orme. It was veyr nice to have a quiet separate breakfast room from the large coach parties. The choice of breakfasts was amazing. The large secure parking area was a real bonus. All in all, an excellent hotel with real value for money. Thank you!

We particularly appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the wonderful service provided - information on Llandudno, ordering taxis, etc. - We were given a choice to upgrade to a spar room for an extra £10. It was worth it for the sea view and the spar bath.
