  We had a parking space at the rear of the hotel and Jenny carried the heavy bag up the steps when we arrived; we were even given a choice of rooms which meant that we had one nearest to the car park! The breakfasts were consistently excellent and we were allocated a different table every day so that most guests were able to enjoy the prime positi... o que as pessoas dizem » on in the window at least once! This was good value for money accommodation! We went to a different show every night, had a wonderful time shopping - The owners at the Grafton made us feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Jenny greeted us with a very professional but relaxing persona; she was always accommodating with any requests. The rooms was clean and tidy and attended too daily. Breakfast was lovely and Jenny was on hand for any requests. As final word I would definitely go back and stop at the Grafton again.

  We liked the friendly staff,the beautiful restaurant, the tasteful Victorian decor and the position right on the seafront and proximity to shops.We liked the delicious food,the chef is first class.It was 'Alice Day' whilst we were there.The hotel staged 'The Mad Hatter's Tea Party' as a publicity photo shoot.We were fortunate enough to see this.It... o que as pessoas dizem » was really charming with Lewis Carroll's characters in this authentic setting, the actual place where the original Alice Liddell had actually stayed - The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were well equipped with Molton Brown toiletries which is always a bonus. Nice corner bath too. A few of us dined in the restaurant Sunday. Food very good as was the extensive wine list. The staff and owner were very friendly so will definitely return again.

  The owners are very friendly, the place is warm,cosy and very clean. The breakfast was excellent. We had a nice double room with an efficient shower which had lots of hot water and there was tea coffee and biscuits provided. The hotel was superb in everything you could wish for. It was also a stones throw away from all facilities the town has to offer & beach. Overall one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.

  The B&B was very clean and the beds were comfy. Our room had a bathroom that was really modern and spotlessly clean. Richard and Mair were excellent hosts very friendly and they also cooked a superb breakfast. We would be happy to stay again. - Owner was very helpful.
