Convenient position of the hotel.staff were polite and hotel was not noisy. the price of the hotel and the food. The staff and location. convienience. It was in a good location it was basic but you get what you pay for. The manager was very pleaseant, and we got what we paid for. Informal atmosphere and view. Cheap, friendly staff. Room was clean, good view as we had a front room. Fresh towels supplied each day. great location, friendly staff.good value for money. Convenience for centre of LLandudno. good location. the breakfast. location. location. Hotel is a beautiful area of the city. No Car Parks Near By. the bar wasnt open so there was nowhere to buy cold drinks for the children.the plates needed warming up for breakfast.Altthough on website it said resturant and parking there was no resturant and parking was free for all, and having two disabled made it very difficult to get near hotel. Do not know if the owner is new to the hotel buisness, but seemed to be some teeething problems with some things, some of the rooms small but sea view rooms great .Lift rather small. Not a dislike, but there was a problem with their debit/credit card machine and everyone had to pay with cash. People weren't told about this until they actually went to pay and some had to go out to the bank to get the money. Apparently this has been going on for some time. (Someone who stays at the hotel on a regular basis informed us of this.). We would have liked for the Bar Lounge to have been opened for drinks. although the room had a kettle it had no cups. No ramp to access front of hotel. No smoking rooms. people moaning about the hotel - its good value for money and people should remember when theypay so little they should readjust their expectations. as a solo traveller it was muchh better than a hostel and gr8 value for money.curtains in bedroom need re-hanging- windows needed cleaning. rooms a bit run down / bar never opened / no customer parking /. room was very hot could not turn heating off. one bed weak and uncomfy. Staff disappeared w/ sign saying return in 30 min. Hour later, still not there. Small details need attention. For example, do the staff realise that curtains look neater when the rufflette tape is tightened to fit the frame. Hanging of bedroom curtains need attantion. Lampshade needs straightening. Shower contro; needs attention.cooked breakfast was cold. The great difficulty to park my car near the hotel. The rooms were a bit small but one night was ok i dont think i would have stayed in that room for seven nights. Slightly shabby, but proably expected for the amount we paid. Disorganised payment system-wanted cash but only said so on point ofus leaving. You get what you pay for. Inside room without view. Minor point: no remote control with TV. The breakfast was not very good. Over cooked and not very warm. decor needs updated. noisy boiler room outside room. lack of sausage. some areas were a bit basic. bar not open and no parking. No telephone in the room. Bar was not open due to barman on holiday - why was another barman not employed?. Room was cold. Tv aerial needed repair.rear view room allocated althoughhotel was mostly empty. Door to shower cubicle impossibly small.
