They were 4 of us stayed for one nite, it was absolutely gorgeous and
plushy apartment. The beds were like heaven (which you need from
hitting the town) big and deep with thick white bedding. Everything you
need to cook in kitchen(there's a tesco on hanover st just on next
street) honestly I could not really fault it in any way, in easy reach
to lime street station, albert docks etc.. We did not go Matthew st,
albert docked is a must but a little expensive with great people. From

We all absolutely loved the apartment. Everyone commented that it was nicer than where they live! I would definitely return. We were there for my Hen Do. As a bunch of 30+ ladies, it was nice to have a luxury apartment to retreat to and recover from all the madness. It was fully equipped with everything you could need and we were looked after extremely well by the helpful and friendly staff. The location is great and the beds are super comfy. The apartments were very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The hotel was of a high standard and kept very clean. Jemma and Fiona on reception were extremely helpful. We would not hesitate to stay there again .
The apartment was fantastic, the check in and out process was simple and the staff were very helpful and friendly. the location was incredible for shopping and the centre of Liverpool.

The space.
The only down fall for this.. It not easy to find due to a small sign
which you can hardly see. It down a little cobble street. To get to it
go on to hanover st take the first right You'll then see a multi
carpark on left, first right again you'll be on a cobble street, it
on your right hand side it looks like a goergian house on the corner at
the bottom. I'm only saying this cause it took me nearly an hour to
find. That the only downfall really. Just needs a bigger sign!!!.
The only very small comment I would make is that it would have been nice to have a shower mat and some shelves in the shower, but for a short stay.. we managed without!.
We would have preferred a teapot and some other utensils.

Difficult to find apartments as actual address is on Campbell Street and not Duke Street which was v confusing for cab drivers.

10th bed is settee in kitchen come diner area. I wouldn't want to stop there. Ideal for 9 really!.

Important information to guests
Check-In:
Please note Epic Serviced Apartments on Duke St do not have a reception area and as such, guests will be required to check-in at Epic Apart Hotel located at 25-27 Seel St, Liverpool, L1 4AU. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.
Payment:
Payment should be made in GBP by credit card, debit card or cash. Cheques and bank transfers will not be accepted. A minimum payment of 30% is required at the time of booking, which will be held as a non-refundable deposit. The remainder of the balance will be due at the time of checking in.
Proof of Age:
The lead guest must be at least 21 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking. Proof of identification and date of birth may be requested on arrival and if not presented on request, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Security Deposit:
A Security Deposit between GBP 150 and GBP 500 per apartment will be taken upon check-in at the discretion of Epic Apart Hotel and Serviced Apartments to cover “additional charges", including breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay. A valid credit card is required from the lead guest to hold this deposit. Cash will not be accepted. If the security deposit does not cover the total additional charges, Epic Apart Hotel will be entitled to recover this from you without delay. All pre-authorisations are rescinded on check-out. Most banks will make the funds available again within 48 hours, however certain debit cards can take up to 10 days.
