  We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch.   Perfect location, very close to Trafalgar Square and picadilly Circus. Booked Deluxe room and were upgraded to Junior Suite. Biegest Hotel room I've ever seen in London! Spacious bathroom with seperate shower, lixurious bathtub with Tv!!! ;) Excellent minibar. Fantastic and really huge beds. Perfect breakfast. Good west end theatres within comfortable walking distance (to watch Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera and soon The Book of Mormon).

  Everything, it was ecxellent esp view from my room. The staff where very friendly and helpful with everything we required. - The hotel staff were extremely helpful. One member of the reception staff in particular (male - did not catch his name) was very helpful and very welcoming.
