Other reviews indicated trouble with showers: this was not the case in our room which had an electrical shower. Bonus was Ren products in the bathroom.

The service and attention to customers was outstanding. As soon as our
booking was made we received a welcoming email with a useful map
attached - nice detail. Parking in the area is a problem and we were met
at the door, helped with our luggage and guided to a parking
space.Throughout our stay the owner, Dan, was always available offering
helpful suggestions on where to dine in the town and attending our
requests. Inside very comfortable bed, room had tea/coffee-making
kettle , always a plus .

We stayed for one night after attending a music concert mid week. The
king room was superb, very comfortable and spacious and the en-suite was
immaculate. Particularly loved the little touches as in the sweeties and
chocolates. Our breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from and
set us up for a great day sight seeing, all within easy walking
distance. Would highly recommend staying here and wish the lovely ladies
running it all the best in the future.

The owners were fantastic and even stopped my car from getting a parking
ticket, and emailed me to let me know I'd left an item of clothing
behind, which they kindly posted for me.......thank you. The room was
bigger than I expected and the location is right in the heart of
Brighton. If I visit Brighton again I will definitely use this guest
house again, so I guess that statement says everything about my stay
without waffling on......

I liked everything! I have never before been so impressed with a hotel or B&B. Great welcome, wonderful, thoughtful customer service with fantastic attention to detail. Amazing breakfasts served every day and clean well-presented and very comfortable rooms. I barely had to ask for anything during our stay as everything that could make our visit comfortable and pleasant had already been thought of! Location was fantastic the owners were really helpful and accomodating, the best bit had to be the breakfast hamper, filled full of goodies and something different to a greasy fry up, plus you didn't have to get dressed and you could eat it in your own time, we had the top floor room with sea views and was lovely to sit eating breakfast looking out to sea, would book again
