  Clean, tidy, comfortable, and very close to sights in London. Hotel Lily was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with plenty of staff to serve breakfast. I would definitely stay again. - Location is excellent. 2 minutes from West Brompton tube station, 5 minutes from Earl's Court tube station (Exhibition Centre is opposit side of the hotel) and 15 minutes from Fulham Broadway tube station (Chelsea FC 2 further minutes) by walk. Staff is very friendly. Full english breakfast is fine. Recommended and thank you!

  The room was really clean. The staff were really helpful and gave a great breakfast service with a lot to choose from. It was also in walking distance from the Hammersmith Apollo which was a bonus. - Very welcoming and helpful. Great value. Near to tube. Nice surrounding area with nice bars and restaurants. Close to many pubs, shopping centre and the metro.. it doesn't get much better. Thanks Aviva Studios!

  There is no lift at this hotel, and if you are carrying suitcases to the fourth floor, it is quite a climb. The hotel is a bit rundown, but if you need a place to stay that will not break the budget, this is it.
