Once entering the hotel, we felt welcome greeted by friendly,smiling
faces, from the staffs. As well as, from the guests.
Our room was great; trendy, clean and comfortable.

We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel. The location was great - Southwark tube is 2 minutes away, St Paul's cathedral is a 15 minute walk and although the location is pretty central, we did not find the area too busy at all.

underground station and around 10 minutes walking up to London Eye. The
room is large and clean and hotel's staff presents a extremely
warmth treatment during all the time we've spent there. I strongly

The bed... It was huge!!! The staff were also really friendly and veryhelpful. The hotel was situated in a great location, so easy to get toand lots of places to go and see within a few minutes walk! - The room was great! Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Outstanding location for visiting the center of the city. All in all I was thoroughly pleased.

We stayed here whilst my husband ran the London marathon and the
location was perfect! (A minute walk from mile 25!). We only booked a
basic small double, but it was large enough, very clean, the bed was
amazing, the bar very stylish and although we were at the back of the
hotel....which may be for the more basic rooms (and our view was of

Club Quarters is a brilliant choice to make if you are in the city for a
short time and want to take in as much as you can. The location is
superb. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Free WiFi (
worked beautifully ) made our lives easier....charting routes, train
timings, directions etc etc. The staff were very helpful and courteous.
Simply loved the chilled water outlet and the Guest Services cupboard
available for guests . a very thoughtful gesture by the hotel and much

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of London. Walking distance to Covent Garden, West End theatres, Trafalgar Square,Oxford & Carnaby Street shopping & more. Bus stops at the front of the hotel & 5 minute walk to Temple underground. Our room was spacious with a huge ensuite & the staff professional, polite, courteous & friendly & always willing to help. perfect-we stayed there for our 1st Wedding anniversary, they upgraded our room, flowers that were ordered were in the room. It was excellent and great communications from all staff who were v v welcoming and helpful-keep it up. - The food, the staff and the service was excellant. We will definitely be returning
