  Everything very smooth and an oasis to have so much space in comparison to the ordinary hotel room in London. Good shower and toiletries! Location is perfect, about a minutes walk to the tube (served by multiple lines), loads of shops and eateries around but off the main street, so nice and quiet. We could leave our bags in the hotel on the last day and were even given plenty of time to charg - Melissa at the reception was terrific. She was very helpful and accommodating. She received a parcel for me and it was waiting in the apartment when we got back from Paris. The location is excellent. A 3-minute walk from Earl's Court station which has the Piccadilly and district lines stopping here so it's super convenient. There is a Sainsbury local, the co-operative and M&S near the station (for food supplies) plus a Boots and a stationery shop. Lots of eateries too.

  We were greeted by a really friendly receptionist and upgraded from executive to the suite which was really nice! The room was extremely spacious, so was the bathroom, everything was clean and modern. The kitchen was nicely contained with everything needed to prepare and store basic meals. Tescos was only 5mins away which came in handy. 20 min wal... o que as pessoas dizem » k from the nearest station and only a 2 min stroll from the park so everything was close enough by. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be com - good service, they moved us from a by us booked suite room to their luxury suite, because it was available. Rooms have lots of space. Central London by bus takes 15 minutes. Seated above in busses gives the best view of London. SO Park, once again very friendly and happy giving service. When we return we'd be back. Also, SOPark near nice park/gardens. Near fantastic Italian food incl. pizza restaurant where they're singing Italian.

  The bathrooms and showers were exceptionally clean. I was worried that there would be a line for the showers but I only saw one person my entire stay. It is very quiet and did not have any issues with being woken up in the middle of the night. I was surprised to see that there were many different age groups represented. I had to ask for directions several times and everyone was helpful. - + Staff was very friendly and helpful + We had our own sink in a room + common bathroom was really clean and modern + breakfast was delicious and there was tons of different dishes to choose from + location is just great (5 min walk to Warren Street station, Great Portland station and Regent's Park, 10 min walk to Oxford Street) + neighbourhood felt really safe Perfect choice for budget travellers!
