Fab staff and breakfast next door was superb (although could have been
included in the price). Very clean and main bed very comfy. Above all,
the staff made it very pleasant and were lovely with our daughters.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Good full english breakfast included in price. I stayed in a single and double room on 2 separate occasions which were both fantastic. I appreciated the extra touches in the rooms (generous coffee, tea, biscuits, good LAN connection). Beautiful bathrooms, tasty and generous breakfast. Best thing of all - the price was reasonable.

Good location for Heathrow and early morning flight.
Although there weren't a lot of parking spaces we found a space immediately so didn't have to worry about driving off to find one.
Good soundproofing as it was on the flightpath of arrivals.
Very comfortable.
We needed a comfortable hotel near to Heathrow to spend our last night with our youngest Daughter who was travelling to the USA to go to university this Hotel ticked all the boxes.

conforto - Originally booked a double and a twin room for our teenage sons, but when we arrived they had arranged 2 doubles. Eventually they sorted out new rooms for us and by way of apology upgraded my husband and myself to an executive room. We were impressed by their attitude to customer service.
