We were greeted immediately upon on our arrival from a very helpful, efficient member of the reception team. As we had arrived early our room wasn’t quite ready, but the receptionist immediately got onto the housekeeping to make it a priority. The staff at the front desk were all cheerful, booked our taxis flawlessly, and provided an electrical adapter for only a deposit. The room was clean and the towels large and plush. The A/C worked fine and kept us quite cool. Extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay! Very quick check in with lovely staff who helped us to find bus routes.
The room we stayed in was amazing - everything from the layout to the comfy bed and huge shower made our stay so fun. We also had a great view onto the courtyard where the sun came in, and were able to see the park.
We were able to leave bags for the day. Tower Bridge was just down the road! Short bus journey to Waterloo/Southbank areas too.

The front desk managed to get us rooms when we checked in at 10am after arriving straight from the airport. Another plus point was the close proximity to both Bank and Monument tube stations as well as Liverpool Street Station. There's a nearby Sainsbury and Tesco Metro stores for added convenience. The Andaz is stylish but relaxed and we were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. The staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. Spotlessly cean in a areas. We were upgraded and a little birthday cake awaited us in our room for my husband's birthday. Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal. Well done Andaz for making our stay so enjoyable.

Location: Great!!! Within 10 minutes walk from Liverpool station when
figure out the way and actually another station Moorgate is just around
the corner. With marks and spender just opposite to the hotel, it makes
it more perfect! As can buy snacks / bottle water easily on our way
back to hotel. :)

Superb hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Arrived early to leave my bags but was told there was a room available - not the best room but it was ready now. So I happily checked in and was taken to my room and shown a shortcut out rather than the maze through hotel. Room was slightly small but lovely. We like the location being close by to the Old Street tube station and a
cab ride away to King's Cross and St Pancras stations. There is also
a direct bus 55 to Oxford Circus (25 mins ride). We love the modern
design of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room. We like the novelty

putting in the extra bed as requested (after a reminder when they forgot
