  The rate (60 quid) and the breakfast! Also within walking distance of the MEN arena where I saw the fabulous Neil Diamond in concert - a cracker of a show as always.   localizacao - The staff - I have stayed in many hotels and there has never ever been a quality of staff both in customer relations or attitude as all the staff I have come across here. They were incredibly helpful . I ate every night in the restaurant which was superb and had breakfast there everyday. I came back at 3.30 one morning and the secu... o que as pessoas dizem » rity staff were appropriate and the Gym staff were helpful. - The staff were very helpfull and the location of the hotel was outstanding - No window in the room which for the price we paid was not a problem although if we were staying longer than the one night would probably upgrade.
