  The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They did all they could to make sure we had a lovely stay. The hotel is very central and the ideal place for a shopping and/or leisure trip.   Our host John was an incredible person. After leaving Derry, I realized I had left my Ipad in a car that we rented the day before. The rent-a-car was closed for the weekend so we couldn't reach anyone for help.   Many thanks to the hosts -we had a lovely time at Victoria Gate B&B. The hosts are friendly and very helpful in every way. As soon as we arrived we were offered afternoon tea and scones (a really nice touch). The property was in a nice location overlooking the city and a lovely new house. Needless to say, The b'fast was great too with quite a variety - including the full hot b'fast - very nice. - Awesome B & B - amazing value. This is a new house and it is very modern and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The room was my favourite of all the other B & B's we stayed in over 18 days in Ireland. The owners were very friendly and spent time to chat with you. I was sorry I didn't book this for an extra night. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of options.
