  The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They did all they could to make sure we had a lovely stay. The hotel is very central and the ideal place for a shopping and/or leisure trip.   The entire place was very clean, the beds extremely comfortable, and the location was great - we were able to walk to all the main sites and to the pubs in town. Very close to some nice restaurants and a shopping mall. - It's the second time I've stayed here and we love the house.   Our host John was an incredible person. After leaving Derry, I realized I had left my Ipad in a car that we rented the day before. The rent-a-car was closed for the weekend so we couldn't reach anyone for help.
