I also had a Spa treatment, at the hotel. Once entering the Spa, the staff at reception were warm and welcoming.   Great staff! Very friendly and professional. Hotel is modern and stylish with a touch of elegance. An extra plus was the comfortable bathroom. Top quality overall, I will definitely book this hotel again (been in London 20+ times, this Hotel is the best I stayed in so far). Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal. Well done Andaz for making our stay so enjoyable.
