  This hotel was a breath of fresh air for London on a budget. It is absolutely brand new, we arrived at 12:30 and were given early check in and an upgrade to an executive room. Each staff member was friendly and efficient.   Excelente localizacao. - Everything This was our sixth two week stay at your hotel. We would not consider staying anywhere else as l,ong as you will have us. The staff was fiendly and made us feel welcomed - So close to the Victoria Theatre and Tube station it was unbelievable! A very enjoyable stay!!

  Friendly and helpful staff checked us in early to accommodate for our jet lagged one year old. Before they could let us into our room, they kept our bags for us, so we could get acquainted with our surroundings. There was a Starbucks across the square which was great for morning coffees and a good Italian restaurant as well. The waterloo underground and train station were close by for all other transport. The rooms were very clean, and the staff very helpful with directions and booking a taxi for our trip to the airport. We had 2 triple rooms on the 10th floor with our daughters

I definitively come back to this place, situated in a great location. Chelsea, with lots of restaurants and beautiful shops around. Just a couple of minutes walk from Kingsroad.
