  Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

  Arrived early at the hotel, not wanting to drag our bags around London before we could check in, asked if we could leave them there, “Not a problem Sir”, was the reply. The location is good. A five minute walk from Gloucester Road tube and about a ten minute walk from South Kensington tube. The room was clean. We had requested a twin room but they had us in a double so they gave us a triple room which meant we had plenty of extra space in the room. They clearly had recently done some repairs to the room and so the walls were a little tired but it was clean, the beds were comfortable and the room was warm, infac

You could see Kensington Palace from the end of the street. Very close to the tube and centrally located so most attractions were within a reasonable travel time. Apartment wasn't spacious, but certainly enough room for the four of us.
