The staff were so helpful and friendly, in particular Stephaine the attention to detail was superb in every aspect of the hotel. The room, in particular the natural light, was great. the room was modern with walk in wardrobe with vanity dresser and the bed linen was so soft such a comfortable bed brillant nights sleep. From chrissie on reception to jack in the Bert's!! We had an absolutely great time, was upgraded to the Heaney suit, on our next return I will defiantly be having this room. proximity to city centre & local bars & resturants - loved welcome pack!
Being able to park in own desinated car space in secure car park. Felt really safe & secure with the key fobs which had to be shown in order to gain access to doors & lifts! Beds very comfortable! Apartment clean & comfy! Lovely mountain views! -

Excellent service. Apartment was outstanding. Very fast broadband. And you can bring your dog. Very satisfied customer. And I will be back. Highly recommend, five star all the way. - They were nicley renovated. had plenty of room and were well situated with nice tree lined surroundings.
