The quirkiness; if you don't like quirky then don't stay here! The staff were young, helpful and keen to make our stay a pleasant one. We chose a room without a window which was fine for 1 night. went from the airport to the hotel using the underground with no issues

Clean and tidy. Great value for the money. Stayed several times at different Premier Inn hotels and always have had a good experience.
The surrounding area has not much to offer, but the inner districts of London is easily accessible with tube or bus. We traveled from Heathrow with the piccadilly line and changed trains at Kings Cross to get to the hotel. Was easy enough even with a large suitcase. But is probably not to recommend in worst rush hours.

This hostel-like hotel is situated at Bethnal Green area, about 10 minutes walk from the same named tube station. This location is perfect for short-time living, as it's about 2 tube stations far from the center, so the price for it is very reasonable.

- very friendly, nice and helpful staff indeed.
- clean room (although the room was small and the bathroom just tiny but we knew what we were going for :), new bed-clothes and towels every two days.
- nice breakfast! we didn't expect such a big choice. you can also use the kitchen with fridge, microwave etc.
- close to the subway station, which is rather close to the city centre.
- free wifi in the room. you can also use the computer in the hall.

For the price that I paid, I thought this was an excellent hotel. The room was nice, the service was attentive, and the continental breakfast was plentiful. The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. It is within walking distance of the underground and many of London's tourist attractions. We always felt safe walking in the area.

area, took the river boat down to the Eye (you can also walk this in 15-
20mins) then 10 mins on foot to Horseguards parade and onto Trafalgar

De tudo. Foi óptimo. - Decoração moderna, quarto bem equipado, café da manhã de boa qualidade (embora não excepcional). Nós tivemos alguns problemas na primeira noite, mas os funcionários se mostraram atenciosos, a gerente se envolveu, desculpou-se, e as coisas foram resolvidas. Nós certamente voltaríamos para este hotel.

The staff at the front desk were all cheerful, booked our taxis flawlessly, and provided an electrical adapter for only a deposit. The room was clean and the towels large and plush. The A/C worked fine and kept us quite cool. Bermondsey Square, just one block south, has a lovely courtyard with two nice restaurants (we tried and enjoyed both), a cinema/bar, and a small grocery (which we also found handy on several occasions during our 6 night stay).
