Clean if decor was not great. Staff v helpful - fresh towels on request e.g.- and breakfast prompt and good.   Very clean room, the restrooms are chared, tidyness depends on guests. Keep on mind, it's a budget hotel. Had TV, fridge, etc. - The cost was excellent considering how close to London city centre it is. You don't expect a lot for £35, and you don't get a lot, but the room was clean and I got a good nights sleep.
