This hotel was a really pleasant surprise. The room was lovely and the bar/ restaurant set up was really good. We had a very good restaurant team leader both nights (she was Polish but we didn't catch her name) who was lovely to deal with and also remembered our room number / name the second night without prompting. - We booked the executive room.

We had a fantastic stay and would book again at the same rate. Didn't get time to use the pool and gym, but on inspection they looked very impressive

Proximity to train and restaurants in Reading. Power was out when we arrived due to problem in area. Staff was very helpful and someone escorted us to our room. shower/hot water great,bed I wish I could have taken home! I asked for a quiet room and I was given one in back.Thank you. The breakfast was very good,and in fact better than the one I had later in a London hotel.I chose hotel for its quality/value and the close proximity to railstation for day trips.

It was very quiet, and we didnt even know there was rush hour traffic inthe morning until we opened the windoww. They blocked the noise outcompletely. - clean comfortable room with very good en-suite facilities. We arrived very late evening, and our reception was very friendly and welcoming, Top marks.

The hotel was CLASSY with a capital C, great design, layout 7 level of clenliness. Have travelled the world a great deal and this would rate as in my top five! - They have an excellent swimming pool, jacquzi, steam room and sauna which we enjoyed very much (plus a health spa which we didn't use).

Staff really were so efficient and friendly.
The room was slept 4 which was great for us and was the same price as a double.
Very accommodating when we changed our mind about breakfast.
Comfy beds and the room was actually quiet all night!

All of the staff apart from the receptionist were most helpful and were happy to help in any way possible. The hotel it's is in a difficult place but the Premier Inn in Reading central work well as a team and allowed me to put my suitcase in the storage area while I waiting for my train.
