If you go to Edinburgh I really recomend you to stay on Royal
Overseas League Hotel. The staff service is very kind and good
facilities.. If you need to have an early breakfast there are not
problem, you're going to have it on your room with all that you
want to eat. I recommend the Scottish breakfast that is all included

-Friendly staff. -Great location- only a short walk to key places
(waverley, castle, etc). -Room nicely furnished. -Extremely comfortable
bed, the best nights sleep that I've had in a long time. -Nice
atmosphere. -The cost to stay was the lowest that I could find in the
area on that night (just £57), yet you wouldn't have thought it for
how nice the place was. Because of this, I would definitely stay again
and will recommend to others.

I absolutely loved the suite we stayed in (Sydney), the theme was fantastic and the room was gorgeous!!!! Although I did leave my Dermalogica products in the bathroom, any chance they could be forwarded to me????? - The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. We arrived with our son who is wheelchair bound , and the owner couldn't have been more helpful. She even sent his breakfast up to him on a tray!!! FANTASTIC....The building couldnt have been more central!! All in all, a fantastic budget place to stay in Edinburgh. The owner should be very proud , they do a fantastic job, we loved our stay here.

Morag (the owner) was VERY nice and courteous. She greeted us warmly and seemed genuinely interested in what we were doing each day and how we were enjoying Scotland. Also, her breakfast was great and always waiting. Meats, cheeses, huge croissants, choice of cereals and juices.

There's nothing to complain about this beautiful modern, spacious
apartment. We travelled with our 25 yr old daughter. Location was
excellent. Nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
It's about a 20 minute walk to Princes Street. We did not mind.
There are buses going that way every 10 mins. Apartment had a nice
homely feel with a lovely private garden which we enjoyed. Much better
than living in an hotel room. I would definitely recommend this
apartment.

I stayed for one night at the Edinburgh Townhouse, and the single room with ensuite was very comfortable. The Townhouse is about a 20 minute walk from Edinburgh, Waverley Rail Station, and situated on castle Street, just off Princes Street. I enjoyed a tasty, continental Breakfast in the morning.

Great place in the middle of the centrum. Despite this, it's rather quiet and away from all the comotion from the Grassmarket. For us the location was splendid, eventhough we had a car. For this we were set up with a free parking spot close by.

The self-contained apartment was beautifully appointed with luxury facilities and attention to detail with all basic provisions e.g. coffee, tea, milk croissants The location was great with walking distance to the museum,art galleries, transport restaurants and the castle. Set in a quiet, secluded close in the middle of Edinburgh this was a luxury retreat for us.
