This hotel is a gem. Strategically located for the theatre and shopping district we could not have asked for more central. I liked the location and also the breakfast was excellent.The staff were very pleasant and helpful and would stay there again - I was welcomed at reception, I stayed in a very comfortable, clean room and the restaurant food and service was absolutely fantastic.

Staff were friendly on arrival and during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice a good variety. Nice pool/spa. Good location 10 min walk to Kings Cross tube. NCP car park 5 min walk. -

Da limpeza do hotel, da localização, todo o hotel está bem renovado. - Vista para a St Paul's Cathedral. A localização não é perfeita porque a zona durante o fds tem pouco movimento em comparação com outros locais em Londres. Mas durante a semana já havia muita gente na rua.

The room(102)was lovely.modern.fridge,microwave,tea/coffee making facilities,beautifully decorated and comfortable,modern bathroom with large shower.Staff friendly and helpful,luggage storage..Some people seemed to have less good rooms,especially we heard people complaining of standard of basement rooms,we were on room only but they gave breakfast box complementary.Our luggage was brought to room without our having to ask.
