  The staff was welcoming and very efficient. The room was very clean and well designed with all the conveniences you would expect in an upmarket city hotel. The bathroom was excellent with the best shower I had in Europe! I was there for one night only, for the convenience of being close to Heathrow. It was an excellent choice. The rain shower felt really good, perfect pressure. Free Wi-Fi. They serve breakfast and it smelled really good, but I did not have it there as I was visiting family ate out. I would definitely stay there again.
