Absolute gem of a hotel. The staff could not do enough for you, so polite and helpful and genuinely caring. The room was immaculately cleaned. The breakfast was good and varied and standard pricing. very friendly staff, tube station literally in front of the door, at a busy street but double windows protect well from noise, air conditioned, recently refurbished and a good restaurant inside. perfect for a city trip to London. We had the car parked in a covered spot so it did not get hot, parking fee was very reasonable. Large, fresh and very tasty breakfast buffet. Kids eat for free! we would definitely go again.

Ultra modern facilities. Tastefully decorated rooms, very comfortable and welcoming. Most importantly, very quiet and peaceful throughout stay- no unwelcome noise in the hallway or from other rooms. Very good restaurant- lovely breakfast. Very polite, helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location to tube station and shops.

The hotel was great. We booked more than half a year in advance and the price was quite convenient. Room was large and clean and included tea/coffee facilities. The the bathroom was perfectly spotless. The personnel was friendly and helpful. You get all you need in this hotel. Breakfast was also plentiful. All-in-all, a very nice hotel.
Plus, the neighborhood was very nice with a lot of shops, terraces and restaurants nearby.

I loved the quality, value for money, excellent service (lman receptionist was fab) restaurant next door selling great food at good value price, lovely outdoor area, grass, tables etc and there is also an indoor play area for children.
