  Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

  Staff very friendly and kind.Very classic English interiors, comfortable and warm feeling. Good healthy breakfast. Room facilities very nice, warm in the winter. I will recommend it for any one ask me for hotels in london.
