Seriously, you could not get a better location, it really is in the
heart of the royal mile and only 5 mins walk from the railway station.
The staff are the most helpful, friendly and accommodating people -

The two brothers who own the apartment were so helpful and
accommodating. They provided information about where to eat, what to
see. From the moment we arrived they made us feel very welcomed. We
arrived early before check-in so they moved our apt. Up the line to be
prepped. They also stored our bags so we could enjoy the afternoon. The
apartment is extremely comfortable (good beds and linen!) and directly
overlooks all the bustle and excitement of Edinburgh's Royal Mile.

Muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad con acceso a recorrer andando cada rincon de Edimburgo, muy limpio en todo momento con la posibilidad de conocer gente de todo el mundo con la que practicar tu Ingles. Hay que destacar la amabilidad de todo su personal que siempre tiene una sonrisa para recibirte y ayudarte en todo lo que necesites. Isabel and Harry were the perfect hosts. On our arrival, seeing my husband had a disability our room was immediately changed to a first floor room from a second floor room, without even asking. security. Grocery, coffee shop and taxi stand are around the corner.
Make sure to arrive before the office closes. We arrived after the
office closed and had trouble finding the key and also the apartment.
Thankfully, the management sent someone to find us and let us in. -

The staff went out of their way to be helpful when we had a problem with my baby grandson who was ill whilst we were staying at the apartment.
There was always staff available even on a Sunday which was unexpected.

Easy to find. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a problem one evening when we had no hot water, but within five minutes staff were on site and water was restored.

We (my husband and I) stayed in BB 3 nights. It was a very good experience. People here is very friendly and willing to help for anything. Our room is designed so amazing as Scotland style.
