Central location and friendly staff. I was also accompanied by my elderly Mother. We arrived slightly early but were welcomed by a friendly lady at reception and allowed to check in. The location is excellent as it is situated directly in the city centre.
The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable with a great layout
and fantastic city view. There is also good accessibility with the lifts
present in the building. The apartment is well equipped with all the
necessary appliances. It was excellent that free luggage storage was
available on checkout for a few hours.

The hotel's location was very central and the shopping centre was a stone's throw away. The room was of a very high standard and the stay was very pleasant. We are planning another visit to the thistle again in january. I would Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking fro somewhere central, comfortable and high class.

the extras we had ordered and this was dealt with quickly with a
deduction taken off our bill. The bed was very comfortable and although
we both prefer a bath the shower was excellent. We liked the cocktail

The arrangement of the room was lovely. And, our room service dinner was spectacular. Equally, I held a meeting in the bar area and all worked to complete satisfaction. It was an excellent hotel with good facilities. It is ideal for all types of travellers. good walking distance to the city centre. the room was well presented and of a good size. - The layout of the room and facilities contained within it , ie tv , dvd and cd player. The faciltiy of obtaining loaned dvd's fromt he reception was also a good idea.

Location... not far from Queen Street station by taxi and as we were going to a concert in the SECC being able to walk via the walkway was a huge benefit.
