The Ivy Mount guest house was booked at the last minute, as I normally stay in the larger well known city centre hotels. However the experience of staying at the “Ivy Mount” has totally change my future accommodation requirements. You are made to feel welcome, it is reasonably priced and comfortable with easy access into manchester city centre - the garden at the back were u kin drink and eat outside and it was next to the bus stop so easy access to town

I stayed at this hotel for the first time on 27th July 13. I was extremely impressed by the staff's professionalism, care and good humour. The room was perfect, plenty of coffee/tee, clean and spacious. Highly recommended and I will be back for sure. -

Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Plenty of tea and coffee available in room, and more provided on request. Plenty of towels provided. Room clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was great, including a choice of cereals. -

The Heart Apartments are in a great location on the outskirts of Manchester yet only a short tram or taxi trip into the city centre.
Have previously stayed in the city centre and much preferred Media City UK.
Very handy for the Imperial War Museum, great shops in the Lowry centre.

Concierge staff are outstanding and can't do enough to help. -
We had 2 bedroom appartment which was spacious and well equiped. I liked the fact there was tea/ coffee/washing up liqued and cloths. The linen and towels were excellent. certainly stay here agian on next visit to Manchester. Tram runs out from city centre and appartments only a few mins walk. Booth's shop round the corner has everything you would require for a stay. Lovely food and drink products.

Firstly, there are 3 Premier Inns within walking distance of each other
and I went to the wrong one. The receptionist at the first Inn was
friendly and polite and looked up my reservation (with no booking
number) and pointed me in the right direction to the Inn that I had
booked. On checking in I was friendly greeted and given options for

We had booked our stay to coincide with the Take That concert held at Old Trafford Cricket ground, the hotel had made arrangements with a local taxi company to have a service of mini buses running to the venue from the hotel and back again this was excellent for us and made the experience so much easier as we don't know the area very well and it ma

The location was fantastic as it was easy to access the Trafford Centre which was only a short walk away. The breakfast was delicious (with a huge range to choose from) and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be staying at the hotel again and recommending it to others.

The staff were really lovely and pleasant, my room was very clean and very comfortable, and I got a brilliant nights sleep without any disturbances. I have stayed with premier inn before in Cheadle and the staff there were amazing, I was very happy with my experience I wouldnt go anywhere else. -
