We have a dog molly and the staff could not have been more friendly.We had all our meals in the hotel and every meal was 1st class. The room was large and very clean. Could not ask for a better place to stay, as a matter of fact we have booked again for a break in October. -

The owner, his wife and other staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to advise us on places to go, eat, etc.
The hotel was central to the town and away from the beach front which meant that it wasn't as busy or noisy as other hotels.
We particularly like LLandudno as it was full of independent shops, different from main towns.

Room had a lovely sea view and close to town and was walking distance to Orme and tram ride to summit. Weather was beautiful and a lot going on with the Victorian Extravaganza weekend. Breakfast was adequate and staff were attentive.The new owners having been there for only six months were striving to improve hotel and with the refurbishments they have done have improved the presentation immensley. all "down to a price" instead -
The hotel is well located on the promenade and close to the shops and Great Orme.
We had a twin room (38) at the rear. It was well appointed and although there was not a great deal of space it was certanly adequate. The furniture was of good quality as was the decor.
The bathroom was not large but modern and clean.
The hotel's public rooms and restaurant were of a good standard.
The breakfast was excellent.
I would certainly reccomend the hotel and would happily stay there again.

The Lilly is on the beat side of llandudno (the west) within short walk to the main town. Although a work in progess the rooms are clean and comfortable. The Chef is fantastic... if you stay you must treat yourself to an al-a-carte meal there.. excellent. Good food good ale (Mad Hatter on draught). Definately Recommended. -
