  The reception guy we met twice over the two days we were there was a consumate professional yet at the same time, sincere and gave us a lovely warm welcome !! The complimentary water we got while waiting briefly to book in was a very nice touch. They upgraded out room, provided us with free wifi, make excellent suggestions about where to eat and what all to do. I can't say enough about the staff and the amazing rooms! They were luxuries an the beds were extremely comfortable! The location was prime as well, close to the Camden market, great resturaunts, and a close metro stop! Loved the stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and use it for future traveling to London!

  I liked the location and also the breakfast was excellent.The staff were very pleasant and helpful and would stay there again - I was welcomed at reception, I stayed in a very comfortable, clean room and the restaurant food and service was absolutely fantastic.

  We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. We arrived at 1pm and went in to drop our bags off but the staff were able to check us into our room which was a bonus. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The food at Roux (2 x Michellin Stars) is superb. Afternoon tea in the Palm Court is an absolute must. Gym, sauna, steam room, pool and spa pool are all very well equipped. The hotel is immaculate from top to bottom. The location.
