  I am very impressed with the attention and positivity of all the hotel personnel we have been in contact with. Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. Both the personnel and hotel were very good/comforting and a big relief after our not so good experience. This is a hotel I - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.

  The location was excellent, right around the corner from Pimlico tube station. We were on the ground floor apartment 3 at the back of the building so no stairs to climb. It was really quiet at night which is unusual in London. Everything we needed was there expect possibly a hairdryer but I took my own anyway. It woud have bee - The flat was well organised and warm during what was a very cold spell in London. The location was ideal, despite a murder on the road outside whilst we were there, and the local area lovely. The television and internet were excellent.

  My friend and I stayed in this hotel from Tuesday - Saturday. It is a little different to those I've stayed in before. There isn't a reception, on the front door there is a sign advising to call the manager's mobile number. Once we called we were let into the hotel by the very lovely manager who showed us to our room.   The bar, restaurant, lounge and locker area were absolutely amazing! They were places that welcomed a single traveller and really encouraged them to start chatting with other people in the hostel. Also, the staff really were excellent, always smiling, extremely friendly, with such a genuine "can do" attitude. 10/10 al - Breakfast was simple but fine. The hostel was for girls only and therefore quiet and clean. There was lots of space in the room (compared to other same type of hostels) and there were lockers for everyone under the beds. Free wi-fi in the room. For that price it was perfect!
