The location, everything you need just around the corner (Starbucks, Tescos, Boots, KFC, Burger King, Pubs, Cafeés and resturants. Direct access to Heathrow from Gloucter Road tube-station. Nice staff, great breakfast (a bit pricey thou...) - very friendly staff, made us feel very welcome, room was lovely,HUGE and clean, excellent location for us.

Centrally located in a quiet place and easy to access across London withthe tube station next door. Also available are choice of goodrestaurants and super markets within the vicinity - Wonderful location. Simple but comfortable. Good size and clean room. Good value for money

Localização - The Hotel is in a very central location, close to the station, whish was very important for us as we did not hire a car. - I was in a brand new room, so it was very clean and in good condition. Location to underground station (Gloucester Road) is excellent.

A qualidade do quarto e boa qualidade do restaurante Breakfast bom - Loved the room itself - double room had a sofa, flatscreen tv, marble bathroom, coffee facilities. Felt really luxurious for the price, and much better than similarly priced competition that I have stayed in previously (Holiday Inn and co..) Very impressed - would definitely stay

The staff was very helpful and warm , enjoyed our 5 day stay. In the center of many things close to the theater , museums , Buckingham palace, Albert and Victoria Museum, Natural Science, Winston Churchill's War Rooms, Big Ben ,Parliament, Westminster Abbey etc. walked everywhere no cab required. -

The staff made sure we had a nice stay. Rooms were comfortable. It is close to knightsbridge - great if you want to shop from harrods and other shops such as prada and zara - The staff was the kindest I've ever experienced and very helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect and the hotel itself was very nice and clean.

I read a few negative reviews about Pestana London on letsbookhotel.com and on TripAdvisor. I'm not one for writing reviews but decided I should do this one. It was value for money, bed rooms spacious clean and very comfortable beds the lovely white leather coutch in room added elegance and comfort.Breakfast was good luckily we paid for breakfast on chek in it was 12.50 per person. I took it positively the distance from the tube sloan square about 15 mnt fast walk half hour slow but it is a good thing we need excersise i considered it my GYm work out for the morning to walk with bags to the station surely we need this walk thus everything was just g
