I loved the modern design of the hotel. Really loved the room it was amazing! Such a fantastic experience which I could of stayed another night but couldnt really afford another night :( would stay again but too far from anything like the good pubs in Covent garden etc. very lovely food :) best hotel ive ever stayed in!

The staff were amazing. Very professional and helpful. There was a
mistake in booking me into a smoking room and when I advised reception I
was transferred immediately into a room on a higher floor with better

Although I booked a standard double at a very deep discounted rate (typically this means getting the box room next to the staff quarters), I was given an apartment room which was really a suite. Excellant hotel, location and staff. We did have a problem with bed the first night (headboard dislodged) and the next day they moved us to better room and gave us a discount for that night. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. - Excellent location for the main tourist sites in London

Well, very friendly, concerned staff. You can see that they really want
to please you. When I called them to say I couldn't arrive on time
and asked for a late check-in I had been told "no problem".
Another example is when I had to leave without getting the package I
ordered on the Internet (it was delivered late after my check out) one

then sent it to my next hotel for me on the next day. Also I liked the
location of this -
breakfast was simple but enough. They provided a cooked English breakfast (without sausage!) but toasts, some fruits, yogurt and cereal were self-service so it was quite nice. The room was small but tidy and comfortable. And the shared bathroom was clean and not crowded. I didn't wait to take a shower.
