We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us. The staff are very well trained and always pleasent and helpful. The bar of the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is very popular which I have found in other hotels we have stopped in, not to be the case.

Enjoyed staying here and would do so again! Very modern and the staff exceptionally friendly! Always willing to help and make our stay comfortable! The concierge had amazing suggestions for restaurants and walks - we followed his ideas and had a wonderful time. Would love to come and back and definitely would stay at this hotel!

I read a few negative reviews about Pestana London on letsbookhotel.com and on TripAdvisor. I'm not one for writing reviews but decided I should do this one. It was value for money, bed rooms spacious clean and very comfortable beds the lovely white leather coutch in room added elegance and comfort.Breakfast was good luckily we paid for breakfast on chek in it was 12.50 per person. we stayed in the four bedroomed apartment as we were a large group of nine and they put in a spare bed for us and left two litres of fresh milk in the fridge. The apartment is on two floors with huge balconies and is perfect for large groups or multiple family members. the shutlle service was helpful and flexible. -

Good value for money, comfortable rooms with cosy beds. Close to Earls
Court tube station. Choice of bars & restaurants close by with some
supermarkets. Breakfast was ok, But for coffee lovers there is a Costa
Coffee machine! There was a group of us, we hadn't pre booked so
they weren't expecting us. The girls where nice, Polite &
helpful.

Good location Restaurants nearby if you are too tired to get to the Soho
and other fashion places in the evening Very nice service and everyone
in the hotel was helpful, customer oriented making you always feel an
important guest. Breakfast is really good and quantity wise is perfect
before a long day walk. Quiet room really appreciated (we asked for it
as suggested in different forums)
