perfect-we stayed there for our 1st Wedding anniversary, they upgraded our room, flowers that were ordered were in the room. It was excellent and great communications from all staff who were v v welcoming and helpful-keep it up. - The food, the staff and the service was excellant. We will definitely be returning

We stayed here whilst my husband ran the London marathon and the
location was perfect! (A minute walk from mile 25!). We only booked a
basic small double, but it was large enough, very clean, the bed was
amazing, the bar very stylish and although we were at the back of the
hotel....which may be for the more basic rooms (and our view was of

window open and we couldn't believe we were in central London!

Club Quarters is a brilliant choice to make if you are in the city for a
short time and want to take in as much as you can. The location is
superb. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Free WiFi (
worked beautifully ) made our lives easier....charting routes, train
timings, directions etc etc. The staff were very helpful and courteous.
Simply loved the chilled water outlet and the Guest Services cupboard
available for guests . a very thoughtful gesture by the hotel and much

The location was ideal,it was in the center of everything!you could go anywhere you liked either by using the subway or even on foot,every central location a tourist wants to visit is really close.

Clean room and good room service. In contrast to some other comments we found breakfast absolutely o.k. The buffet offers warm typical English breakfast as well as toast and jam, cereals, yoghurt and fruits. Air condition worked well - most important for us as during our stay we reached 34°C outside. The location was fabulous! Entry into the building was very secure. We had issues with the shower and toilet and the response time to get it fixed was great. Believe it or not, we didn't mind the steps (we were on the 3rd floor) and we actually toned up a bit duirng our week long stay. -

We stayed in an executive room so got a four post king size bed that you can get lost in and would recommend paying the little extra for the executive rooms. Fantastic location, right next to the eye so walking distance to Westminster, Trafalgar Square etc. Good restaurant on site but many places to eat (Italian, sushi, Mediterranean) across a range of prices right opposite hotel, plus a small supermarket.
