The location was fantastic. Easy walking to Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, 10 Downing Street, London Eye. There was a Starbucks across the square which was great for morning coffees and a good Italian restaurant as well. The waterloo underground and train station were close by for all other transport. The rooms were very clean, and the staff very helpful with directions and booking a taxi for our trip to the airport. We had 2 triple rooms on the 10th floor with our daughters

The rooms were lovely and clean and have everything we needed and we all got a great nights sleep. The staff were really helpful and it was great to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in time and after. Breakfast was really good too and set us up for our days sight seeing. All in all a lovely, clean, bright and friendly hotel, where the staff were always genuinely happy to help. was also useful to have a Tesco Express right next door.

This hotel is a gem. Strategically located for the theatre and shopping district we could not have asked for more central. De tudo. Foi óptimo. - Decoração moderna, quarto bem equipado, café da manhã de boa qualidade (embora não excepcional). Nós tivemos alguns problemas na primeira noite, mas os funcionários se mostraram atenciosos, a gerente se envolveu, desculpou-se, e as coisas foram resolvidas. Nós certamente voltaríamos para este hotel.
