Everyone was extremely polite and kind. I felt really comfortable.

De tudo. Foi óptimo. - Decoração moderna, quarto bem equipado, café da manhã de boa qualidade (embora não excepcional). Nós tivemos alguns problemas na primeira noite, mas os funcionários se mostraram atenciosos, a gerente se envolveu, desculpou-se, e as coisas foram resolvidas. Nós certamente voltaríamos para este hotel.

The quirkiness; if you don't like quirky then don't stay here! The staff were young, helpful and keen to make our stay a pleasant one. We chose a room without a window which was fine for 1 night. Clean and tidy. Great value for the money. Stayed several times at different Premier Inn hotels and always have had a good experience.
The surrounding area has not much to offer, but the inner districts of London is easily accessible with tube or bus. We traveled from Heathrow with the piccadilly line and changed trains at Kings Cross to get to the hotel. Was easy enough even with a large suitcase. But is probably not to recommend in worst rush hours.
