the hotel was very comfortable and was handy for what we were there for . We were going to the theatre and a meal the hotel was vey handy for this. It was really clean and the room was very spacious, I would stay there again no problem. - very efficient booking in procedure and friendly staff. nice clean room and good breakfast in the morning

Location of apartment was central to all city amenities. In the merchant quarter close to restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Very comfortable accommodation. -

Staff were very friendly - gave us advice about where to go out, ensured that everything was ok. Hotel is in a great location, very central, bar and restuarant very nice as well. - Warm welcome, very relaxing. Food excellent. good choice on menu. nice atmosphere.

The apartment was really lovely. The beds were really comfortable with Egyptian linen. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, with some breakfast provisions. The apartment is well furnished and presented and was very comfortable, every we needed was there.
It is in a great central location for the shops and exploring Glasgow.
An excellent stay, would thoroughly recommend and use again.

The apartment was spacious, very clean and well equipped. the location is excellent close to many attractions and city center.
The facilities are very good and in excellent condition. The staff was available when we arrived and was very helpful.

we were treated brilliantly from check in to checkout by the same member of staff who also served breakfast .Chris was very helpfull when we first arrived showing us all the places we were wanting to visit on a map which invaluable to us.He showed interest in us and at breakfast he asked how we had enjoyed our night .He was very good his job and

Very big rooms!!!! So you have a lot of space for your luggage etc. You can really feel and see that this is a brand new hotel. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return! PS, they don't have a car park, but it is not a problem as they have a lot of vey cheap parking facilities just around the corner.

my reservation was changed to the Jurys Inn due to a problem at the Quality Hotel They paid the additional money which was great - rather than leaving us stranded. - convenient for hospital appointment and shops. staff were very nice, nothing was a bother to them especially the handy man

The room was totally adequate for the price, clean and bright, the location is perfect for staying in Glasgow and the bar attached to the hotel is one of the best in Glasgow. - the staff were very friendly and willing to help at all times.I would love to return

This was our first visit to Scotland and we could not have had a more phenomenal start. The front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming. Ross and AJ who staffed the concierge desk while we were there were outstanding. We neglected to complete a VIP card for these two gentlemen and should have. We were a little frazzled as we got lost entering Glasgow and Ross was helpful, provided directions to parking, looked after our bags and assisted with ideas for how best to see Glasgow. AJ directed

The staff at Artto were very helpful and friendly. The location of this hotel is excellent. It is across the street from the central train station and not far from the Queens Street station. I would recommend it to others. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. The rates were very fair for the area. -

It is obviously being redecorated as I could smell fresh paint.
