I loved how clean it was and how it was just so close to everything, shopping centers, food places and the scenery. It was a little walk from the train station, but it was worth it. The hotel was in an excellent location, close to shopping area, surrounded by different places to eat, quite close to the castle and old town. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, included possibility to make coffee and tea, there was even a bottle opener attached to the table :) The bed was big and comfortable, bathroom large and clean, the breakfast was simple, but well worth its price. Everything. The facilities are complete and well-maintained. Very clean and really good location. We actually extended our stay because we were very happy with the place. Although parking is not available, the parking off restriction after 630pm helps, right at the door step. Will definitely come again here if we ever go to Edinburgh next time -

The room was spacious and well furnished. We had a street facing room but the noise wasn't bad at all. You are given keys to the front door and your room on arrival so you aren't restricted by times. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay (and remained so even though we had a blip).

There's nothing to complain about this beautiful modern, spacious
apartment. We travelled with our 25 yr old daughter. Location was
excellent. Nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
It's about a 20 minute walk to Princes Street. We did not mind.
There are buses going that way every 10 mins. Apartment had a nice
homely feel with a lovely private garden which we enjoyed. Much better
than living in an hotel room. I would definitely recommend this
apartment.
