The location was fabulous! Entry into the building was very secure. We had issues with the shower and toilet and the response time to get it fixed was great. Believe it or not, we didn't mind the steps (we were on the 3rd floor) and we actually toned up a bit duirng our week long stay. -

Clean room and good room service. In contrast to some other comments we found breakfast absolutely o.k. The buffet offers warm typical English breakfast as well as toast and jam, cereals, yoghurt and fruits. Air condition worked well - most important for us as during our stay we reached 34°C outside. The hotel is situated really centrally in the heart of Covent Grd. The staff at the reception, friendly and polite, took trouble to arrange us a wished for quiet room. Clean and well kept hotel with an absolutely unbeatable location at this price and standard. Easy access to Covent Garden (four minute walk) and the West End (ten). Tons of bars and restaurants nearby; or grocery stores if you're staying in.
I've stayed a few times; quality is consistently very good and staff always friendly. I always wonder what the catch is.

We stayed here whilst my husband ran the London marathon and the
location was perfect! (A minute walk from mile 25!). We only booked a
basic small double, but it was large enough, very clean, the bed was
amazing, the bar very stylish and although we were at the back of the
hotel....which may be for the more basic rooms (and our view was of

Club Quarters is a brilliant choice to make if you are in the city for a
short time and want to take in as much as you can. The location is
superb. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Free WiFi (
worked beautifully ) made our lives easier....charting routes, train
timings, directions etc etc. The staff were very helpful and courteous.
Simply loved the chilled water outlet and the Guest Services cupboard
available for guests . a very thoughtful gesture by the hotel and much

perfect-we stayed there for our 1st Wedding anniversary, they upgraded our room, flowers that were ordered were in the room.
