  We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us. The free water, starbucks coffee and lovely toiletries were an added bonus. Choice of pillows alos excellent and superb beds for comfort. Wonderful setting, out of the hustle and bustle and having drinks on the t... o que as pessoas dizem » errace was lovely. We didnt want to come home! - The location of the hotel is great. It has a lovely relaxing and welcoming feeling to the hotel. The staff are very well trained and always pleasent and helpful. The bar of the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is very popular which I have found in other hotels we have stopped in, not to be the case.

  I really liked everything. The staff from the first contact with the doorman to the receptionist and the waiters not forgetting room service were all excellent.   Nothing was too much trouble. Service was excellant. Lovely bar to enjoy a drink. Complementry bottles of water. Great being able to have a spa treatment after hectic day shopping/sightseeing.
