  Lovely location in residential area just one street back from promenade and less than 5 minute walk to Pleasure Beach. Owners friendly and very efficient. Breakfast was excellent and so was bar meal at night. We had our dog with us and she was very welcome in hotel. The prices are a little higher than some other hotels in the area but definitely worth it in my opinion for the friendly service, comfortable rooms and the cleanliness throughout.

  The hotel was clean, fresh and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and the owner, in particular, went the extra mile to ensure that our stay was pleasant. She had a wealth of knowledge about the local amenities and facilities and was more than happy to share that knowledge in recommending places to eat, things to do and also how to ... o que as pessoas dizem » make the most of public transport. Superb. - The staff were very friendly, Kate made our stay extremley enjoyable! During our time there we paid for the massages (at an excellent price!!!!) They were brilliant, we would definatley stay again just to have another massage! Although the hotel is quite far from the town there is a tram stop on the door step and also no noise from the centre!
