Yes, it is a hall of residence for students but I was happy with my stay. Beyo - The hotel was just what we needed as we were on a hen weekend. Very pleased with the location, the staff were very friendly and helpful when we wanted to drop all the bags off early prior to a show. The rooms all had single beds which was more acceptable than double beds. The hotel was very good value for money including the breakfast. The bar was very reasonable and stayed open as long as we wanted to drink which was into the early hours and the staff were very accommodating putting on musi

  The halls were in a really nice place - it was quiet enough for a good nights sleep but really close to the tube and all the restaurants and bars in Angel. The staff were nice and the room was clean and sufficient. The bathroom was clean and we didn't have to wait for a shower. The breakfast was great and we were served very quickly. It was an amazing price for such a central location in London. The little things too - there was a drinking fountain to fill my water bottle up with, a well equipped kitchen, clean shower/toilet room, lots of wall sockets in helpful places, free wifi, good range of options for breakfast, working lifts, towel supplied. Great area, lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

  The location of the LSE is fantastic. The rooms, whilst basic, were of a very good size for Central London, and the hotel was quiet. Overall the price of this hotel, given its location and size of rooms was excellent value. highly recommended. Great to be situated close to reception. Very close to theatres so I didn't have to rush for the train home after the performance. Staff were lovely especially Jo. Informal and homely. Spotless.
