  The Apartment was surprisingly spacious with 2 double rooms and two sofa beds in the lounge/ kitchen diner, the beds themselves were quite comfortable , the location was excellent being close to Arsenal station meaning easy access to the city centre. Decoration and fixtures are of a very high standard. Staff really helpful and friendly, we were there for a concert at the Emirates so parking was for residents only, so they arranged permits for us as well. Excellent location with rail/bus connection 50 yards away. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

  The room was wonderful but in part that was because I had 6/7 (both) access to myself. With only a small room on its own - even with an excellent bathroom - I would have found it too small for C21st expectations. Yes I will be back. It was definitely as described and definitely not a flat pack chain hotel room. It's position in w - So many hotels are identical, and I stay in a lot of hotels! It was really nice to have something that was out of the ordinary for once, yet still in a good location (right next to Kings Cross station) and with functionality ... free wireless etc. A great breakfast, an extremely helpful and courteous staff, overall it made a very good impression.

We weren't in the room much and wished we could have stayed more than the 1 night just to enjoy the room!

  We stayed in a small, but clean and nice room on the top floor for 5 nights. Top floor means 50 steps, no lift, in quite a narrow staircase. No problem for us, but good to know if you have difficulties with walking in stairs, or have heavy luggage. The bathroom was also very small, but clean and fresh. TV, hairdryer and a kettle in the room, teabags and coffe. Break - Very nice family-run accomodation (friendly owners had 2 cute kids) with great English breakfast (or if you like, a Continental one). While its just a stone's throw from King's Cross / St Pancras station, it is located in a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of the station and main roads. Our quadruple room came with attached shower and toilet which was very clean.
