Everything! The staff made us feel at home, nothing was too much trouble and I can say that no other hotel I have ever stayed at, even at a higher star rating has had a better standard in everything. - Staff were very friendly and room was very large and comfortable and with a sea view as an added bonus

Warm Welcome, Free Tea and Biscuits whilst I awaited for my room to beready. Helpfullness of reception staff on how to travel on PublicTransport (Buses) from Hove to Brighton. - The staff were very helpfull and polite. I liked that is was fairly close to Brighton town centre. It was cheap, cosy, clean and the service was very good.
The staff were helpful and friendly. It was very convenient having the restaurant in the same building and if we wanted a drink we did not have to worry about driving anywhere.

Good value, comfortable room. Noon check out time. Good value Harvester restaurant on site. The weather was freezing but we had good heaters we could control ourselves. Nice hot shower. Free car parking and good access to public transport.

The receptionist ( dark hair , European) who checked us in and out was a great advert for the hotel , professional and very friendly , nothing was too much trouble for her .
